How can I influence stakeholders in favor of the project? Once you've analyzed their expectations, you need to :

• ensure that a representative represents the interests of stakeholders who are not actively involved in the project;

• build a strategy for influencing stakeholders to encourage their involvement in the project;

• Resolve conflicts between stakeholder expectations and project objectives from the outset;

• use stakeholders' skills to motivate them to participate ;

• plan communication with stakeholders to engage them and prevent crises;

• assign clear communication objectives to the various stakeholders;

• adapt the communication plan to changes during the project and to the arrival of new stakeholders.
