Project management: distinguishing between leadership and management

The project management function is responsible for a wide range of activities. They range from the development of the project information system to the operational implementation of processes for collecting, evaluating, updating, formatting, disseminating, recording and archiving information.

They apply to different aspects of the project. Examples include :

• expenses and costs ;

• RISKS ;

• documentation ;

• communication, etc.
