3. What can we capitalize on in terms of planning?

So we've either described the project environment in full, or referred to another form that fulfills this function. Let's now look at the information we need to capitalize on for planning purposes.

At this stage, it's important to separate global findings from specific events.

3.1 Overall findings

These result from a decision or an error that has several identical consequences on the project: for example, having allocated a reduced number of resources at the start of the project in order to fit within the customer's budget. This can lead to difficulties in several design and implementation phases. It is therefore necessary to deal with the problem as a whole.
