3. How do you build trust?

Collaboration via online collaborative tools does not necessarily come naturally. 2.0 tools are often simple to use, but not everyone is familiar with them. It is necessary to learn by collaborating step by step. This section describes a few examples drawn from real-life situations.

3.1 Two examples in a context of low "2.0" maturity

To give an example: a question is asked, and several answers are sent by e-mail; the space's moderator takes up all the discussions, copies them in "comment" format into the collaborative platform and sends the link to participants; exchanges then take place directly on the platform;
