Communicate sufficiently about the implementation of improvement. It's important that the various players (management/management committee, supervisors, staff) have a clear understanding of their involvement in the continuous improvement of the quality management system. It is also important to communicate the results obtained through continuous improvement (quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, etc.). Cf.
