2. How do you plan maintenance?
The maintenance planning phase is essential to prevent the risks associated with asset and equipment failures, and to ensure that maintenance objectives are met: equipment availability, continuity and quality of service. It is divided into four stages.
Equipment and assets that have an impact on product quality and conformity (and therefore customer satisfaction), but also on safety (this is a regulatory obligation) and the environment (if you are subject to ICPE legislation or ISO 14001 certified) must be identified.
The first step is therefore to identify :
