4. Be vigilant about the contracting capacity of subcontractors consulted
Only those with the legal capacity to do so may contract.
In the case of a company: companies registered in the Trade and Companies Register may enter into contracts.
In the case of an association: associations registered with the departmental prefecture may enter into contracts.
In the case of an individual (e.g. a self-employed person or a self-employed entrepreneur): a person of full age who is not protected by a guardianship order may contract.
