INTRODUCTION
Most of the time, we know how to formalize and represent the key milestones of our project, which at the end of a phase allow us to move on to the next phase. But these milestones are only part of the picture. Throughout the project, we have to make decisions or have decisions made. Each decision has a different impact on the operation or performance of our project. We therefore need to be able to define and implement a decision cycle upstream of the project, enabling us to make the right decision, or have the right decision made by the right body.
