Traditional method: identifying operational skills
Formalize who does what in the project: identification, responsibilities and organization chart

The input for identifying the skills required is the hierarchical breakdown of the project. The WBS (work breakdown structure) identifies the elementary tasks you want to follow within the project.

Each task corresponds to :

• a lead time (see Estimating lead times [FIC 0936] );

• a deliverable.
