4. Use different means of communication
There are two ways of communicating information: written presentation and oral presentation.
The written presentation corresponds to the distribution (paper, digital...) of the coded information in its current state.
Written presentation should be simple and clear: no garish colors, illegible font sizes, dense text, random gradients, saturated slides or disparate information.
Oral presentations present information orally, with or without written support.
Advantage: immediate feedback from the target, enabling adaptation.
