The report should be circulated to management and made available for consultation by future project managers.
This report can serve as a support and guide for the project's closing meeting, and form part of the agenda.
In addition to management, the project team and future project managers will be invited to positively challenge themselves and take into account the recommendations for the future.
These closing reports should be archived so that they can be consulted for feedback, using key words to easily retrieve content on similar projects.
