3. Prerequisite Tree (PRT) construction algorithm

Let's start with a "very" difficult goal: to have water flowing from the tap whenever we want it. To us, this seems obvious, so let's place ourselves in a delicate context: a shantytown in an arid region.

3.1 Step 1

The aim is to list all the real obstacles to this flow:
