4. Monitor audit results
The audit report may include :
audit references (entity audited, date, auditor(s), people involved in the audit);
a reminder of the audit objectives and the general conclusions drawn from the findings;
detailed description of each audit finding (strong point, opportunity for improvement, sensitive point, non-conformity);
the actual audit plan, with the names of the people who took part in the interviews.
The report must be objective, substantiated, constructive and validated by the audit team and the supplier's management.
