1. What is the purpose of the management review and who should participate?
According to ISO 9001, the management review must ensure that the management system is still "appropriate, adapted, effective and in line with the organization's strategic orientations".
As is often the case with management system standards, the requirements need to be decoded:
an appropriate system for meeting the requirements of interested parties (including customers);
an adapted system is in line with the company's activities and resources;
