6. Mistakes to avoid
Lack of preparation by the participants and the facilitator of the process review is a factor of inefficiency and, when it occurs, forces us to take time to present and explain the subjects during the session, when this could have been done by the participants in preparation for the review. A poorly prepared or unprepared review is bound to be less productive and last longer.
