3. Make your global objectives accessible to all
Your employees' level of commitment to achieving a goal is largely equivalent to their understanding of it.
In fact, there's no secret to making sure that everyone understands what you're doing: you need to speak the same language, i.e. break down the global objective into objectives corresponding to the processes that have been identified as contributors.
But don't forget to always remain SMART, as with global objectives, because an objective remains an objective, whether global or process...
Example for the overall objective: Increase market share in sector A by 10% in year N +1.
