6. Monitor the achievement of your goals

When deploying objectives, don't neglect to monitor their progress. The goal deployment table (Tool 1 ), can also be a useful support tool.

In consultation with management and your process drivers, determine the number of milestones you feel you need to monitor for each of your process objectives. Process reviews seem to be the ideal way of carrying out this kind of monitoring ( cf. Carrying out a process review
