4. Define a know-how development plan
The know-how development plan is based on collective and individual
actions. These actions can be guided and prioritized according to
your company's challenges and objectives. These may arise from a variety
of situations:
operational improvement needs (better
quality, shorter lead times, etc.);
needs for safeguarding, formalizing and transferring
know-how (training, mentoring) in light of the company's age pyramid;
the need for new skills to renew the company's value
proposition;
the need for greater versatility ;
requirements arising from changes in the subcontracting
policy ;
requirements for the implementation of support information
systems.
