Competency mapping is intended to be integrated into your operational organization, just as processes, organization charts, dashboards, etc. can be.

It is therefore necessary to :

• conduct periodic reviews (at the same pace as process or project reviews, for example);

• measure the contribution of the skills development plan to operational performance ;

• communicate and promote your know-how ;

• facilitate access to the know-how repository for all company players.
