Scientific calculation: this calculation takes into account the life cycle of a Kanban and the manufacturing time of a container.

The life cycle of a label takes into account the time from which the label leaves the panel until it returns to the panel: time from label retrieval to the station, time from parts manufacturing to container filling, time from container delivery to downstream production station, time from container emptying, time from label return to panel.
