3. Check alignment between actions and needs

Once the capitalization process has been launched (see Mapping know-how and implementing experience capitalization [FIC 1676] ), you need to check at each stage that the actions taken and decisions made serve the identified problem and meet the defined needs and objectives. In the event of any deviation from your roadmap, don't hesitate to step back and analyze the causes.
