Once the decision has been made, the intrapreneur will quickly get to grips with what it means to become an intrapreneur. One of the first disappointments is that his freedom of action is less than he had imagined. Contrary to what had been envisaged, intrapreneurship is not the completely free and open world. The gap between intrapreneurship and the ENTREpreneur in terms of freedom is very wide, but make no mistake about it: unlike an entrepreneur, an intrapreneur is by definition paid every month. And this obliges them to follow a minimum set of rules of conduct.
