Setting up an intrapreneurial training program

Your training objectives will of course need to be defined according to what your organization is looking for in an intrapreneurship program. The list below should be seen as a non-exhaustive guide. Some may choose to cover all the points with equal intensity. Others may choose only a few, with different intensities. Some of these objectives are highly focused on new business development, others on people development, and still others combine both aspects.

The training objectives could therefore be as follows:

• develop new, innovative solutions for the company, and assess their market opportunities and viability;

• acquire the interpersonal skills needed to develop an intrapreneurial project;
