Setting up and leading a first-level jury
How can you manage the flow of intrapreneurial ideas in your organization?

The aim of this stage is twofold:

• give project leaders an opportunity to support their idea and thus test their ability to bring their subject to fruition;

• understand how the – organization, through the – jury, reacts to the idea, and identify potential benefits or difficulties in implementing the idea.

To do this, assemble a panel of middle management with a profile that's benevolent, enthusiastic and open to new ideas. These people also need to have a certain expertise in the subjects presented.

Project leaders will then have a few minutes (maximum five) to make their pitch, followed by a question-and-answer session with the jury (maximum ten minutes).

Once all the pitches have been completed, the jury retires and deliberates....
