1. Defining a project's RACI
RACI has the advantage of being fun: how do you find the "A"? But before playing, it's important to know a few definitions and rules.
The RACI is a management tool that enables clear communication about the operational members of the project and their respective tasks. Who is the sole decision-maker? Who can be called on for advice? Who needs to be informed of project developments, etc.?
RACI is made up of the following four letters:
R: Responsible (realizes).
A: Accountable (approves).
C: Consulted.
I: Informed.
