Innovate with a RACI to clarify the roles of each stakeholder

Don't hesitate to draw up a RACI chart during the course of a project if you feel that a confusion of roles and responsibilities is holding it back, or quite simply, that there are too many players, or not enough of them. In this case, first create a RACI chart that best represents the current situation, then work on it with a few other decision-makers and players. Gradually, by removing non-deciders or non-players, and adding some forgotten tasks, you'll restore momentum to the project and make it easier to implement.
