To illustrate the management of innovative projects in a concrete way, this chapter presents two cases of industrial companies, one in the subcontracting sector (company A), and one that manufactures mechanical equipment (company B).
The selected cases of innovation could occur in industrial reality, either as incremental innovation (in the case of company A), or as breakthrough innovation (in the case of company B).
