2. Seek eco-innovative ideas from stakeholders
An eco-innovative concept is seen as the result of new (and therefore unprecedented) relationships between stakeholders identified as priorities. In the eco-ideation phase, the aim is to generate elementary ideas, then product/service concepts, based on the association of stakeholders.
You can start by identifying a promising idea (i.e. one that reduces environmental impact and creates value) for each stakeholder. Next, you'll need to find out which other stakeholders (2 to 3) are in synergy with this initial idea.
