How do you set up a crisis unit?
This cell will be staffed by a small number of key people to gather dispersed information, analyze it hour by hour, respond to requests for information, and build detailed responses. A dedicated room – if possible outside – equipped with telephones, computers, video projector and electricity will be essential!
