Mistakes to avoid
Morphological analysis: why? Why?

Here are a few mistakes to avoid in order to carry out a correct morphological analysis:

• poorly define the function on the basis of which to initiate morphological analysis;

• minimize the morphological parameter definition and classification stage;

• believe that the hardest part of morphological analysis is data collection, when in fact it's the structuring of knowledge (identification, qualification and ordering of morphological parameters);

• multiply the values of these parameters or use qualitative values of the "hybrid" type;

• carry out a morphological analysis of a space where hybrid forms are multiplying.
