The scenario method: What if...? What would be the consequences?

Contingency plans are drawn up in response to the various scenarios, focusing on possible negative developments.

Flexibility and adaptability are necessary for resilience. They reflect our ability to make necessary adjustments or changes, in our behaviors or ways of thinking, when new circumstances or unexpected situations arise. Adaptability enables us to maintain a positive frame of mind even when everything around us is falling apart. Resilience enables us to keep getting back up until we get what we want.
