In operator networks, resource reservation is carried out without connection through DiffServ in the bandwidth managers. Figure shows the deployment of an IPv6 solution (no NAT) where admission control and resource reservation are dynamically applied in the edge router for services that require flow-assured QoS. The core IPv6 network will use DiffServ to avoid flow-based reservation. IPv6 networks deploy priority queuing in these network elements, where EF traffic is assigned the highest priority in the queues to ensure low levels of: loss, jitter and latency. The IPv6 solution for QoS is mainly realized without connections, and routing (routing and forwarding) is left under the control of traditional routing mechanisms [13] .
