ABSTRACT
The Next Generation Networks (NGNs) present two interesting properties for service providers and users: easy deployment and an efficient transmission of interoperator data. Indeed they allow for and end-to-end QoS via various infrastructures and service providers. NGNs use a bandwidth management system which ensures the end-to-end control of the QoS in order to guarantee a satisfying service level and an efficient use of the network. This control facilitates agreements between providers of new services.

INTRODUCTION
Next-generation networks (NGNs) have two properties that make them attractive to providers and users alike: they can be easily deployed, and they are efficient in interoperator data transmission.
