6.1 File contents and appraisal
For foundries subject to authorization, the operator must submit an application for authorization to operate to the prefect of the département in which the foundry is located.
The application, accompanied by a signed letter of request, provides the following information:
Applicant's identity: if the person wishing to commission the plant is a natural person, state his or her surname, first name and address, SIRET number and APE code....
