The following tables provide a qualitative comparison, based on a semantic and numerical scale (1-Very Satisfactory, 2- Satisfactory, 3- Unsatisfactory), of the various metallization techniques according to the following criteria:

• governing the choice of a machine and the associated metallization process in a highly industrial vision of its use (table 17);

• related to the flexibility and versatility of the process (table 18);

• related to the dimensions of the patterns that can be produced (table 19).

Table 20 summarizes the differences between conventional and laser-assisted metallization techniques.
