Defects in injected parts are commonly listed as follows:
incomplete documents ;
non-conforming part weight: bubble, shrinkage, non-conforming dimensions;
deformation of parts in relation to mould dimensions: dimensional deviation ;
surface defects: shrinkage, burrs, appearance ;
burning of parts: diesel effect.
