, are an original collection assembled by Philippe Poupeau in 1987. It comprises around one hundred phase diagrams, which he himself helped to complete. It covers the most representative fields of application in metallurgy, from precious metals to steels and cast irons, including light aluminum, magnesium and titanium alloys, copper and zinc alloys, as well as meltable alloys based on tin or lead, or, conversely, refractory alloys and creep-resistant superalloys.
This collection remains of great interest to engineers who want to learn about the science of metallurgy in a didactic and synthetic way, without...

Diagram classification
In this folder, the diagrams are arranged in alphabetical order of the symbol of the element concerned, which comes first in alphabetical order among the elements making up the alloy; then, for a given element, in alphabetical order of the symbol of the second element.
