2. High voltage measurement with voltage divider and oscilloscope
The concepts discussed in this section relate directly to the
measurement of high-frequency components. The use of an oscilloscope
is essential for observing the temporal evolution of quantities as
well as voltage values. Since high voltage requires a gearbox and
a transmission line, we'll start with a reminder of the basic concepts
associated with these components.
