Electromagnetic flowmeters (EMF)

These are materials developed for specific applications.

These electromagnetic flowmeters for liquid metals are most often used to control the flow of liquid sodium (in the nuclear industry).

Mercury and lithium flow meters are also available. The nature of the fluid, its temperature (100 to 600°C) and the environment in which the device is installed mark the difference with industrial electromagnetic flowmeters for electrolytes.
