To encourage users to adopt eco-friendly driving habits, the government has introduced several incentives to offset the purchase price of electric vehicles. These purchase incentives consist of:

• the eco-bonus awarded when purchasing an electric bicycle;

• the conversion bonus; this assistance is granted in exchange for scrapping a polluting vehicle and purchasing an electric vehicle;
