Gas engine: relatively high, because it produces more electricity per unit of heat.
Gas turbine: lower, because there is more heat in the exhaust gases.
Combined cycle: intermediate, as it uses heat to generate more electricity (but here we are considering cogeneration, so only part of the heat is used).
Microturbine: similar to turbines, but smaller, and therefore with a lower efficiency.
Fuel cell: may vary depending on the type (SOFC, MCFC, PEMFC), but generally has a high efficiency.
