A typical sales refrigerator consists of three main components: the structure, the refrigeration units and the fittings.

• Structure

  It consists of a thermally insulated envelope, usually made up of "sandwich" panels with steel or composite facings, between which a rigid polyurethane insulating foam with an average density of 35 to 40 kg/m ³ is injected.

  This thermally insulated enclosure forms the cabinet's carcass.
