Brewing malts

The maltster has always been concerned to organize the production of malting barley in agricultural sectors close to his industrial facilities. To achieve this objective, the research and development departments have focused their efforts on varietal research to meet the expectations of farmers, maltsters and brewers. This involves testing a large number of winter and spring barley varieties in the agricultural regions of our business sector, to assess their agronomic and qualitative potential. (figures 1 and 2 ).
