5. Conclusion
The systematic use of digital twins, who are supposed to have the same genetic and physiological characteristics as patients, is still limited, but is set to expand rapidly in the years to come. It will, of course, be limited by the risks of confusion (already present in patients' medical records), of loss of information through poorly secured databases, and above all of computer theft. This practice having become commonplace, not so much with a view to obtaining a ransom of a few million euros per hospital, but for the sale of files, the number of which runs into the millions in a university hospital center (CHU), with an individual file trading between 30 and 100 euros on the parallel insurance and human resources market. The RGPD regulations applied to healthcare, together with the CNIL, are keeping a watchful eye on this type of fraudulent practice, but, while we await the quantum encryption...
