3. Tools and integration into the existing environment

To ensure the safety of end-consumers, control the quality of manufactured products and comply with the regulations with which all companies are confronted, it is imperative to put in place the tools needed to quickly and simply find everything related to a reference, a component, a shipment, a machine, an event or an operator.

This involves recording all data relating to raw materials and sub-assemblies, from their arrival, during their transformation into finished products, and elements relating to storage. Such an operation involves, for example, managing the links between batches created and shipping units, and associating the flow of information with the physical flow of products, thanks to unique identifiers.
