4. Legal trace management

The truth is, there's nothing complex about accommodating trace and law. We just have to make sure that a certain number of rules are respected.

It is not possible here to identify exhaustively every precaution to be taken or step to be followed, but the main ones are set out below.

  • Rule 1 – If necessary, define an appropriate legal basis
