7. Conclusion

In the face of current and future crises, both major and unpredictable, traditional processes for designing, producing and distributing products and services are being called into question.

A company's ability to successfully adapt to the next normal depends on the willingness of its top management to transform the company systemically. This means taking into account the intuition of operational staff, who have to deal with the variability of demand, the hazards of supply and the instability of internal processes, as well as their vision of the company's future in constantly changing markets.
