2.1 Pallets

Standard NF EN ISO 445 defines a pallet as "a rigid horizontal platform, of minimum height compatible with handling by means of pallet trucks and/or fork-lift trucks or other suitable equipment, used as a support for gathering, stacking, storing, handling or transporting goods or loads".
