4. Medium- and short-term forecasts

Here we look at tactical forecasts for the 1.5 to 2-year horizon (PIC), and operational forecasts for the current year.

Our IT tools are full of valid quantitative approaches (moving averages, linear regressions, exponential smoothing, multiple weightings for seasonality, events, etc.). But, here again, experience shows that we also need to stand back, and above all be able to help decision-makers.

We're going to use the previous approaches again, and propose a new one for the short term.
