3.1 Classification
Hazardous materials are liquids, solids, gases, or objects that, either due to their chemical properties or the nature of the physical reactions they are capable of causing, pose a risk to humans, property, or the environment.
Dangerous goods are subdivided into different hazard classes, numbered from 1 to 9, with the following titles:
1. – Explosive substances and articles;
2. – Gas;
3. – Flammable liquids;
4.1. – Flammable solids, self-reactive substances, substances that polymerize, and desensitized explosive solids;
4.2. – Materials subject to spontaneous combustion...
